Short sentence - okay?

As evidenced by the printout from data base of enterprises, from April 23, 2008 to December 4, 2013 JSC “XXXX” was formerly known as JSC “YYYYY”.

Meaning: company YYYYY changed its name to XXXXX.

Is this sentence easy to understand?
