Please correct: The only encounter we've had was with our next door neighbor where he threatened that I stop greeting his one of many female visitors. He actually came after me and stopped me as I was going in the elevator and his exact words were, "don't *** where you eat!" Where I'm from it's polite to smile and greet passersby, so I don't know why he got so angry and chased after me, other than that I don't have any issues with the neighbors.
