I used who to refer to an honest person. I wouldn’t exactly word it that way myself, but I was just working with what I had.

I suppose that you could use which to refer to business with an honest person, but I’m not too crazy about that.

It seemed to me that I would say:
I talked with Aspara Gus, who is an expert on English. (because Aspara Gus is a specific person.)
I talked to someone who doesn't mutilate English, which is hard to find these days. (because "someone who doesn't mutilate English" is a class of person being described here.)
