Short review

Is this OK: I've been a SHE hotel group member since 2008, and have stayed at their hotels numerous times, and I can say that this time I was thoroughly disappointed in their service. As a Platinum member you would think that they would at least try to appease you a little bit. First, I asked for complimentary breakfast because my colleague and I were unfamiliar with the area, they rejected us, and said we could pay for it. Second, our flight was cancelled and changed to the next day, so I called and asked them to push back our stay a day with the hopes of not getting charged the first day, that didn't do anything. Frankly speaking, I'm not all that surprised this SHE hotel is the least popular in the city based on reviews and word of mouth. I would probably never stay here again.
