Short questions

Hi,

I've got three short questions for you:

1. In the previous sentense, should I wrote: "questions for you" or "questions to you"?

2. Better to say: "investing in properties in India" or "investing in properties at India"?

3. Somebody wrote me: "Has been manic the last few days". I answered him: "No rest here too". does my reply make sense?

Thanks
