Short periods during work

Hi everybody,

Could you tell me the appropriate word for this? Is the word 'break' good enough? For example:

Every worker is entitled to a 20 minutes long break during working time.

Oh, and how should I ask it? I would like to ask something like:

How are the breaks at this workplace?

I guess there are much more appropriate versions to ask it.

Thanks for your answer(s) in advance.

We don't need 'long', though it's not incorrect.

Every worker is entitled to a 20-minute break.

Note that a question about breaks may not be a good idea if you are in a job interview..
