Short passage, need suggestion on wording

I am trying to decribe the pie graph below. Here is what I wrote. Please feel free to modify it or give suggestions. Thanks a lot.

The chart shows different reasons for moving house.

More than one third of house moving is due to marriage and divorce. Moving for a bigger or smaller size of house follows secondly at 19%. Job-related moving accounts for 12%. And 9% move for a better neighbourhood and surroundings. The rest 26% consists of other minor reasons.
