Short paragraph mixed tenses

Is this okay:

This was my fourth or fifth time having breakfast here, and I can honestly say that the quality of the salmon has definitely gone downhill.. it’s not as fresh as before and has a slight fishy taste to it. OVERALL, the food was average but for the price I expected a lot more.
