Please proofread: I was very disappointed with this hotel, as I'm a regular at their other locations, but my friend and I decided to try this one, because it was close to the airport and we had a flight to catch the next day. The club level was very disappointing with little food selection at happy hour and the staff was inattentive and provided no customer service, but it might be because it had just opened a little over a year ago and was still working out its kinks. The hotel itself was very big, so we expected there to be full of amenities and a lot of things to do within the complex, but BOY were we wrong. For a hotel that calls itself a resort hotel it was definitely lacking in amenities and activities for its guests. The breakfast buffet had also less variety than the other locations I've been to. The entire experience was very underwhelming and because it's so far from the city, I doubt that I'd stay here again anytime soon.
