Short paragraph

Is this OK:

I had an exceptional time during my stay at Singapore Holiday Inn! We got in late and they upgrade us to a high floor club level room after I politely requested for it. The service was impecal and the hotel staff did everything they could to please our needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to stay at this establishment when I visit here again.

Righto.... Think I'd say "upper floor".

What does "club-level" mean?
