Short paragraph

Is this grammatically OK: Thank you for always taking me around and showing me the new "hot spots" in Shanghai! I can't believe it's been almost eight years since we started at paramount bed as colleagues. I've gotta say it's always nice to have a buddy willing you take time off his own schedule to hang out with you. Thank you brotha!
