It's short notice to friend from work.

I have to leave now at the work because I feel ill. Tomorrow is birthday part our boss. I can't go becouse I go to hospital. I bought gift for boss. Little toy car. Could you visit at me and take gift for boss? I will be at home 5 o'clock PM becouse I have visit at doctor.
PS Can you write me "misspellings" or mistakes. And how can I improve short notice. This "short notice" can be write better like native spiker?
