is the grammar okay in this sentence?

In the article 2 of the agreement No. 2 of 24.08.2007 appended to the contract of March 8, 2005 the parties determined that for performing tasks prescribed for in the contract the clients shall pay the company EUR 453 623.45 including VAT.
