guys i need a little bit of ur help ..i got a a story about a psycho character and a painter .. how would i make the connection between these two character ....psycho character afraid of his shadow.. he love to be dark...and the painter is more intellectual character in the story

The painter actually is the psycho but doesn't know it yet. As the story progresses clues emerge which toward the end all of them rush back instantly PAINTING the picture of his own identity.
