To begin with, the cost of living in a small town is much lower than that in a big city. Everything from homes to groceries is cheaper in a small town because of the demand. For example, lots of people want to live in big cities, so the price of a house in there could be enough for bigger once in small towns. Therefore, living in a small city may costs less than in megacity.

Another reason for living in a small town is that smaller city may has less traffic. People can get to the office quickly because there are fewer residents attending traffic. In addition, people don't need to jostle among heavy traffic.
