Short confirmation letter

Hi everybody,

Is the following appropriate:

Dear Administrator,

I am glad to hear that I was invited to the first round of the hiring process. Thank you very much for the letter containing the information about the first round. The date and time of the tests is appropriate for me. I will be there at [year] [Month] [day]. 10:30 at the above-mentioned place.

Is the appropriate form 'Dear Mr/Mrs [surname]' ? Can I use her fu

In Canada/USA/Britain we do not normally say Dear + Job Title. We say Dear + Name.

In a business context, the norm is Dear + Surname. Never Dear + Full name.

I see no point in repeating all the details of time and place.
