Short answer "ME. I AM"

Hello,

how can I please answer the following question correctly?

"Who is twenty years old - you or John?"

Can I say? "Me and John. We are both twenty years old."

or should I say "John and I."

A similar situation:

"Who is Sara's Brother?" Can I answer "Me. I'm her brother." or "I am. I'm her brother."

Thank you for your help!

For the first situation, you may say either "Me and John—we are both twenty years old." or "John and I are both twenty years old." I would consider the second version a tad more formal.

For the second situation, your first option is more natural. I would go with "Me—I am her brother."
