Shopping center announcement?

Hi,i'm writing a play that takes place at a high-end shopping center and I need to know the proper way of writing the announcement.
for example a welcoming announcement that indicates the center being high-end and also another announcement about the center's escalators being out of order and asking people to use the elevators instead
thank you in advance
