Shopping BrE and AmE

Which of the following do you tell a sales associate (after deciding to buy some merchandise)?

Could you wrap it up (please)?
Could you pack it (please)?
Could you bag it (please)?

I know you don't really need to tell the salesperson anything at this point because they already know what to do. But what I'm interested in is which verb is used to describe such an action.
