Shopping: asking if the item has any issues?

A man sells his Xbox on Ebay but the poster (or seller, dealer?) didn't tell the issue in the description and you want to know the issue that the console has (e.g. fan not spinning, overheat, broken power button). What would you say?

"Are there any problems with the console?"

"Are there any issues with the console?"

"Is it working properly?" (not clear for me it's like asking if it powered on or not)

"Is it working perfectly?"

These are all ok? " (not clear for me it's like asking if it powered on or not) A native speaker would not be confused about this. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< Very commonly said.
