Grammar

shocked

Hello,
Assuming that I unexpectedly noticed that my friend had not told the truth (had said she was good, in spite of sickness), I made a sentence to practice and express my current feelings:
'She may not have wanted me to have worried about her, but I'm a little shocked.'
Can you please check it? Thank you.
