For the upcoming sales meeting i wanted to give you more details.

The Global sales meeting will take a place in Manhattan @ http://newyork.5thavenue.andaz.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp?null and this is where you guys will stay as well.

Please go ahead and book your flight & send me the itinerary so I’ll know how many nights you’re planning to stay at the hotel.

You should arrive anytime on the 16^th since we will start @ 9am on Tuesday the 17^th. Re: the departure, either Thursday night or Friday morning will be fine.
