Shines blue a tattoo

Hi,

I've seen in a few songs some forms where the coulour or another adjective comes before the article and the noun.

Exemple : on my shoulder shines blue a tatto
I ate red a tomato
My father is old a man

Is this kind of formulation correct ? I had never seen that before.

"adjective + article + modified noun" is an impossible pattern in English. "on my shoulder shines blue a tattoo" does, however, make sense (somewhat poetically) because "blue" can be interpreted as modifying "shines" rather than "tattoo". Your other examples make no sense.
