I am writing this email to request for shifting course.

I am currently enrolled in a BS in Computer Science and wanted to transfer to BS in Computer Engineering. The reason for shifting is because I am not enjoying this course and most subjects are difficult for me.

I believed that I would be able to do my best because it is my long-time dream profession to be an Engineer. I very much like computers as well as technology. Pursuing a Computer Engineering course would help me to understand better how the technology works because I am indeed highly-interested in developing new technologies in the future that could be useful in everyday life.

I am writing this email because I wish to change the degree course I am enrolled in.

I am currently enrolled in the BS in Computer Science and wish to transfer to the BS in Computer Engineering. The reason for this is that I am not enjoying the subjects in this course and cannot see myself going through with the entire program. In fact, most of the subjects are highly theoretical, which is not what I am interested in, nor where I would like to steer my future career towards.

I believe that I would be able to succeed in the computer engineering area because it is my long-time dream to be a professional engineer working with hardware. I very much like computers as well as technology. Pursuing a computer engineering course would help me to understand better how the technology works because I am indeed highly-interested in developing new technologies in the future that could be useful in everyday life. I am very much a hands-on person, and so I need to change courses before it is too late.
