She's insanely jealous of her husband.

Hi

Could you please tell me if you read this sentence without any context, how would you understand it?

She's insanely jealous of her husband.

Does it mean that she is jealous of any woman coming near or taking interest in her husband? Or, is she simply jealous (envious) of her husband?

I read this sentence in an authentic dictionary as an example sentence of the word insanely.

Thanks,

Tom
