If you say someone's flat. What does it mean? Not something like "her breasts are flat," which means she doesn't have much breasts, but "she's flat" or "he's flat."

Cassell's Dictionary of Slang lists a number of meanings for "flat," including "exhausted, worn out" does that one fit?
