She would never

There's a two level dream. In the first level when Cobb was stealing information from Saito, Saito with Mal(Cobb's wife) come in. Cobb tells Saito "Did she tell you? or have you known all along?" Saito says: "That you are here to steal from me, or that we are actually asleep?"
They wake up in this level of dream they are in Saito's apartment:

Cobb: You came prepared, hmm?
Saito: Not even my head of security knows this apartment. How did you find it?
Cobb: It's difficult for a man of your position to keep a love nest like this secret particularly when there's a married women involved.
Saito: She would never....
Cobb: Yet here we are.

I don't fully understand the complicated context, but, as far as I can guess, "She would never ..." implies "She would never reveal the location of the secret love nest".
