She will think her effort has been paied off.

Hello,

Is my sentence correct? Because I use the present and the past perfect together.

If she gets a job, she will think her effort has been paied off.

Thank you in advance.

If she gets a job, she will think her effort has been paid off. She pays, she's paying (if I'm not mistaken), paied doesn't exist. It's not even a word.

I'm not sure about this one, but I think it should be:
If she gets a job, she will think her effort has paid off.

You cannot say 'has been paid off'. You can't use passive voice here.
