She vs. It

"She looks as if she is not enjoying the party."

"It looks as if she is not enjoying the party."

One expert told me the only difference is that the emphasis is on "her" in sentence 1, and the emphasis is on the

"the whole picture" in the second sentence.

Do you see any other subtle differences?
