She reached her hand over and grabbed the remote

Hi teachers,

"She reached her hand over and grabbed the remote"

1. Is it correct to say "her hand reached over and grabbed the remote"?

2. Is it same and correct to say "She reached her head over to grab the remote"?

3. Is it same and correct to say "She reached out her head to grab the remote"?

Reaching and grabbing are done with the hand, so this seems redundant to me. Why not just say, "She reached over and grabbed the remote"?

I read this sentence from a revision book. Now I understand it's not neccessary to mention 'her hand' in this sentence.

1. Would you tell me in what circumstances, "she reached her hand over" is used?

2. Would you think the following sentences are not redundant?
