She? or Her? in this non trite case?

Please, tell me if it is correct to say “her” in the following sentence? I think it is incorrect but a friend of mine thinks the contrary:

Person 1: I won’t go!
Person 2: She won’t either = Neither will she (HER?) = Nor will she (HER?)

Could the Person 2 answer: "She neither" or "She either"?
