Is the following:
"She likes to look but not to listen"
equivalents with:
"She likes to look, but she likes not to listen"
or
"She likes to look, but she does not likes to listen"

These are grammatically correct: She likes to look but not to listen. She likes to look but she doesn't like to listen. I can't think of a situation in which to use either sentence, though.

These are grammatically correct:

She likes to look but not to listen.
She likes to look but she doesn't like to listen.

I can't think of a situation in which to use either sentence, though.
