She is playing with my grade by only inputting assignments I did horrible on

I got into an argument with my art teacher and now she is playing with my grade by only inputting assignments I did horrible on.

1.Does "play with my grade" mean "deal with my grade in a careless way"?

2.What does "input assignments"mean? Why does the writer use "I did horrible on" instead of "I did horribly on"?

Thank you for your time and help!
