Hi teachers!
Today I have a couple of questions about comparatives.
A. She is not shorter than him.
1. She is as tall as him.
2. She is as short as him.
3. She is taller than him.
Which sentences are the same in meaning with #A?
B. She is not as tall as him.
4. She is shorter than him.
Also, are the #B and #4 interchangeable?
C. She is as tall as him.
5. She is not shorter than him.
6. She is not taller tan him.
Another one here. One of my friends asked me whether we say like #5 and #6 instead of #C.
D. He has books as many as she.
7. He has as many books as she.
Last, does #D is grammatical and can be used interchangeably with #7?
Pretty much confused.
Thank you!
