Issues is quite a broad term and could cause offence to somebody.

You use the present continuous here does that mean the listener is thinking she is about to have kids?

She isn't planning to have children.

She's not pregnant.

If it is the wrong tense you have used and you mean she does have any kids then:

She has no children.
