She has irregular lower teeth.

Hi

Are these two sentences natural in everyday spoken English?

1) She has irregular lower teeth.

2) She has unaligned lower teeth.

Thanks,

Tom

They seem too formal. It would be simpler and more common to say that they are crooked.
