'she has finally reconciled with herself for what she did'

Is it natural to say  'she has finally reconciled with herself for what she did'? Also, do this mean from being guilt-ridden to being free of guilt?

Thank you

Hi PBF,

Better would be "She has finally made peace with herself" than "reconciled with herself."
