Hi

Please look at this sentence.

She has carried her 50 years well.

Does it mean that she still looks young/graceful for her age or she has utilized her time effectively?

I wouldn't phrase it like this. It's better as "She carries her age well." or "She carries her years well."

It means that she looks good for her age. You might also say of someone that they are "aging gracefully"
