Hi,
Is it correct to say : "She dresses as her gradmother dressed 20 years ago." Can I repeat the same verb or maybe I should replace it with "did"?

I'd suggest repeating the verb or using "did" as a replacement for it. When I hear something like " "She dresses as her grandmother 20 years ago." it sounds as if she intended to imitate her grandmother's style of dressing.
