She dips

This a text about someone that speaks when he is 85 years old. The verb dips mean to roll? and just for the record what is the difference between grass and wheatgrass? Emotion: big smile Hush, little baby. Learn to walk and talk and think and lie and feel and fight and love and die and never get the answers why. She dips a joint of grass and wheatgrass and we get high.
