She didn't call sharing sharing?

Hello everybody.

I'm reading a book for children.

Puttzi is Iggy’s fourth-grade teacher. Of course, he didn’t call herPuttzi. Not to her face, anyway. He called her Ms. Schulberger. Shewas his favorite teacher ever. She wore necklaces with different funny things on them, like a tiny hammer or fractions. She didn’t call Sharing Sharing; she called it Gossip, and you could tell stuff you weren’t supposed to know aslong as it didn’t hurt anyone’s feelings.... For Global Studies, shespun the globe and wherever your finger stopped, that was whereyou were going to live when you grew up, so you had to learn threewords in its language, and she didn’t get mad if two of them wereBathroom! Quick!I have some questions.Would you please tell me what fractions means in the above?I can't figure out what 'She didn’t call Sharing Sharing' means. What does it mean by the stuff you weren't supposed to know? Like what? And I can't figure out the relationship between bathroom and quick either. Thanks for the great help ????

Children call the activity of talking about their teacher and classmates with their friends, "sharing" (as in sharing information).

But the teacher disagrees and calls this activity "gossip.

Jamal 1315.Would you please tell me what fractions means in the above?

I guess they are charms, like you get on a charm bracelet, in the shape of mathematical common fractions—1/4, 2/3, 5/8, etc.
