She begins talking, with a sweet but resolute voice

Dear forum members:

First of all, thanks for your help!

I want to ask if the grammar in the sentence is correct:

She begins talking, with a sweet but resolute voice

The context is a girl, having a serious talk with another guy. She is begins talking with a sweet but determined voice, because she wants to give a clear message.

Thanks!

Standard punctuation would have it without the comma, but you may want to keep it for stylistic reasons.
