Saw his snap with shaved hair/head or

Saw his snap with his hairs/head shaved off/shaven off.

I/We/They/She saw a snapshot of him with a shaved head / with all his hair shaved off.

We have a number of verbs with two past participles, probably from a Scandinavian influence (Cool Breeze could probaby enlighten us). In general, we use one to describe the action, the other to describe the state.
