Is there any proverb in English that states: shary is cary or sharing is caring? If so, what does it mean exactly?

'Shary is cary' is a foreign language to me, Kingfisher.
'Sharing is caring' sounds nice, but seems more like an advertising slogan than a proverb.

It would mean that, if you care about other people, you will share your blessings (money, innermost feelings, etc.) with them.
