1.  Is this sentence correct?  If not please change it so it works.I don't mind share my bed with you. Why can't it be just share?Thank you.

Why can't it be just share? Well, granted, "to mind" needs a noun to serve as direct object, and "share" is a noun. But you need a special type of noun - a verbal.

"Sharing" (a gerund) is a noun that can act like a verb and take a direct object (sharing my bed).
"Share" as a noun is a share of stock, or "my share of the work." It's a countable noun.
You can say, "I wouldn't mind a share [of that cake], but you can't say, "I wouldn't mind share." It's ungrammatical.
A share is a thing you can have. Sharing is a thing you can do.

I don't mind sharing ...

It can't be just share because the grammar of not to mind prevents it. don't mind, didn't mind, and so on, take the -ing form of a verb. Other verbs that are commonly followed by an -ing form are love, like, enjoy, relish, favor, adore, hate, dislike, detest, despise, loathe, dread, regret, resent, and miss, and the expressions spend time and have trouble. The -ing form should be considered as just a part of the grammar of these verbs.

I dread going to the dentist.
George doesn't mind waiting.
I resent having to pay so much.
Tom spent a lot of time working on the car this week.
Sally misses going to the beach now that the rainy season is here.
Franny hasn't had trouble falling asleep since she started taking that new medication.
