Shape vs. mould

Hello,

can you please help me on this:

I would like to write

"These attributes shape classics to individual favourites."

Shall I rather write "mould" instead of "shape"? When am I supposed to use these words?

Thank you again for your help!

Well, I don't think either is appropriate here: the classic does not change, so both sound odd. I would go with a commoner phrasing: These attributes make classics individual favorites.
