Shanghai and Hong-Kong stock exchange?

Dear All,

Let's have a look at the following sentence, shall we?

In November 2000 it was reorganized into a limited liability company and in 2007 it was listed in Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchange simultaneously as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CR Group Limited, which ranks among Fortune Global 500 Companies and World’s 500 Most Influential Brands.

In my humble opinion there are at least two problems with this sentence. I'll list them below.

1. Double "it" --> it was reorganized it [...] and it was listed ...

Don't you think it sounds bad from the stylistic point of view?

2. Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchange sounds like they're one stock exchange

What do you think?

In November 2000 it was restructured as a limited liability company and in 2007 it was simultaneously listed on the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CR Group Limited, which ranks among the Fortune Global 500 Companies and the (World’s) 500 Most Influential Brands.

Is there any difference between restructured as and restructured into ? Are both of them correct?

I prefer "as", but I can't say that "into" is wrong.

Hope you don't mind having this topic being brought back to life.

Should I say:

the Fortune Global 500 or (the?) Fortune Global's 500

Clive used the former one whereas Canadian45 used the latter one. Is there any reason why we should use the Saxon Genitive here?

the Fortune Global 500 or Fortune's Global 500

Mister Micawberthe Fortune Global 500 or Fortune's Global 500
why do we say the World's 500 most influential brands then?

thanks
