shall/will/would be very pleased if this book enables you to recall your sense of gratitude to both our High Priests, and inspires you to maintain your joy and determination that you made during the Ceremony and Kick-off Meeting.

I believe "would" could only be used if "enables" is in the past tense: then, the statement made would contradict reality; in other words, it would be a statement of regret that something did not happen. If the present tense is used, the statement has yet to occur, and the speaker is expressing his (her) wish that the statement be fulfilled.
