"Shall you have any questions..."

Hi there,
I know that most people would probably use "Should you have any questions..." so when do we use "shall"? And what difference does it make? I've found it in several formal letters.

"Should you have any questions...." is correct (you cannot say: "Shall you have any questions..."). "Shall" would be used, for example, in the following ("shall" is used when something is emphatic, or important, or sure to happen):

"We shall be sure to take all of your recommendations seriously in this matter."

"We shall inform you of our decision soon."

The words 'shall' and 'should' may look alike, and you may know that they are related historically, but it's best to consider them two completely different words with different uses in modern English.
