Shall with third person pronouns

Hello,

I read in my book that when 'shall' is used with 'you' it expresses either 'warning' 'order' or 'promice', but other third person pronouns were not mentioned in this rule. Isn't 'shall' used with he, she, it and they to express the same idea?

Thanks

'Shall' is used for warning/order/promise by very few native speakers, except perhaps the fairy godmother's, "You shall go to the ball, Cinderella". Don't worry about it.
